===== Réunions Officielles Organisées/Planifiées | Assemblée Générale Ordinaire =====

Les [[:CAMIX:Structure:Association:Library:Bylaws|Statuts]] ((https://web.archive.org/web/20240527235835/http://camix.cm/images/jdownloads/Statuts_CAMIX.pdf)) du [[https://www.camix.cm|CAMIX]] prévoient des [[:CAMIX:Structure:Association:General-Assembly:Meetings|réunions]] en ligne, en présentiel ou mixte ; suivant deux types de [[.|réunions]] d'[[:CAMIX:Structure:Association:General-Assembly|Assemblée Générale]].

...à part des [[.|Réunions]] d'[[|Assemblée Générale Ordinaire]], le [[https://www.camix.cm|CAMIX]] peut aussi tenir des [[:CAMIX:Structure:Association:General-Assembly:Extraordinary|Assemblées Générales Extraordinaires]] (//AGE//) ; lorsque cela s'avère nécessaire.

La convocation est managée par le Président, qui est tenu de transmettre l'annonce/convocation au moins quatorze (//14//) jours avant la date programmée pour cette [[.|réunion]] ; avec un ordre du jour prévisionnel.  Hors-mi le Président, l'[[|AGO]] peut se tenir à la demande des deux tiers (//⅔//) des membres de l’[[:CAMIX:Structure:Association|Association]]. Le quorum est constitué des deux tiers (//⅔//) des membres de l'[[:CAMIX:Structure:Association:General-Assembly|Assemblée Générale]] des membres de l'[[:CAMIX:Structure:Association|Association]], et les [[:CAMIX:Structure:Association:General-Assembly:Resolutions|décisions]] sont prises à la majorité simple des membres présents.
